All programs outside of the initial age 6-8 program are 50 minute one on one sessions geared around proper movement techniques with increased force production to lead to maximal potential.

Ages 6-8 During these tender years it is important to introduce the young athlete to precise athletic training priming the body for what is to come in their preparation to be the best. We have developed fundamental classes for this age group to prep them for specific techniques and movement patterns necessary and taught in the for coming years as an athlete.
Ages 9-11 Here the young body is ready for new information and is fertile ground for fundamental athletic teachings. The body is now extremely receptive to being trained and adapting to new movement patterns. At this age the athlete is ready for one on one training.
Ages 12-14 At this point we have begun to develop neuromuscular patterns. We now begin to progress the athletic movement learned in the previous training stages and refine the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. This repetition of applied principles leads to enhanced athletic change.
Ages15-up In this stage we begin to focus almost entirely on technique and zooming in on any areas of weakness to complete the construction of the total athlete. Training here incorporates more sport specific exercises, movements, strengths based on testing preparations and the mastery of learned athletics so that the athlete can compete at his/her highest potential at the high school, collegiate, or pro level.
