Personal Wellness Programs

Our personal wellness programs are designed for active and non-active adults looking to help manage their weight, lose weight, sculpt their body, tone up or just get a little more active. Sessions are 50 minutes. All sessions are fun, fast paced and educational.

 

 

We also have a variety of group exercise classes available as well including Pilates, Yoga, Step Aerobics and more.
